Clean hotel in a new building close to many great restaurants and shopping centers. Big and fairly quiet room with a fully equipped kitchen. - Courteous and polite staff, quick check-in. - Marvelous location to South Point Casino with exceptionally good view.

Room was impressive and fairly quiet, the place itself was perfect. The location in a great area was marvellous and AWESOME and there were a supermarket and a grocery store nearby.

We liked the fact that we were close to a casino without having to stay at the hotel. Loved that we could go to the store and make meals and just relax in one place as a group. We will definitely look at doing this again.
It was hard to find a parking space near our entrance. You could see that the place was busy with a lot of timeshare tours. I didn't like the fact that you had to pay a fee if you wanted to use the safe in the room.

Its location in Las Vegas was particularly good and perfect, adjacent to Experience Las Vegas and Henderson and access to Valley of Fire and a wonderful bowling alley. Had a great meal in the restaurant. All the employees were efficient and very attentive.

The Grandview is very comfortable, and has all the ammenities so you feel right at home. I like that it's right next to a casino.
The only thing I did not like was that when we first got there the first day on our floor the carpets were just cleaned and they had the fans drying the carpets, it was very loud, smelled like mildew and very hot and humid.

The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. We ordered food from the grill twice and loved everything we ordered. We look forward to staying their in the future.
I was very confused when we checked as was told we had two rooms and my reservation said one room with two bedroom. When she said two rooms that weren't adjoining I was upset thinking we would have to leave one of the room and enter the other room by the hallway. When she finally showed me the layout of the two units connected by a mutual private entry I finally understood what she meant.

I love the space of the rooms! I love the pools and my kids loved the little kid pool. I love the large jetted tub right in the bedroom, but have not been able to use because I'm too busy with my vacation. I love having a kitchen. It's so much easier to eat in and not spend money at restaurants for every meal!
The tile floor in the main gathering area seemed really dirty. Other than that it was very clean and pleasant to stay.

Great spot in the southern part of the Strip near lots of dining options, a bowling alley, and a theater, with tasty food and a fantastic breakfast.

Grandview although off the strip was great for my wife & myself. We stayed for one week & had a rental car, we found it extremely easy to self or valet park at all the hotels on the strip and go from there shopping sight- seeing etc... We also visited Hoover Dam & Red Rock Canyon, great hiking there, allow a few hours at least for both places otr more!! The room was huge & comfy we will return!
A couple things, I like to golf and I got a list of golf courses with phone numbers, but it would be much easier if the hotel offered a map with golf courses in the immediate vicinity of the hotel with contact information.Next, I cannot believe the hotel does not offer much better recycling options in hotel room. There is no where to seperate paper/cans/bootles?!? When you think the amount of waste generated by each guest at least there can be options offered in room to guests, this has to be done!!
